Juicing is easy, fun and the combinations are endless I gear my juices to my taste and mood. Here is a list of veggies and fruits that are excellent for juicing. Play around and see what you like. This list is in no way all inclusive. Any fruits with a pit need to be removed, like cherries, peaches or apricots or it could harm your juicer.
Juicing Tips: Consume juices on an empty stomach always for maximum absorption of nutrients. Sip slowly. It's not a shot. Don't slam it down.
